Poll suggests Reform UK overtakes Conservatives
Reform UK support rises to 19%
A new poll has shown that Nigel Farage’s Reform UK party has overtaken the Conservatives in a national opinion poll for the first time.
The poll, conducted by YouGov for The Times, put Reform UK on 19%, up from 17% previously. The Conservative Party remained unchanged on 18%.
The poll is a blow to Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, who has been under increasing pressure in recent weeks.
